MCAT on April 1st.. Just got 510 on AAMC practice exam scored, but 124 on CARS... should I wait?

I am taking the MCAT on Friday and just took my last full length (AAMC Practice Exam - scored) and recieved:

510
129 - Physical
124 - CARS
129 - Biological
128 - Behavioral

My only concern is that I took the MCAT in August of last year and got a 124 on CARS. I have been doing a lot of practice and averaging in the 70% for most exam subsections. I've been taking a full CARS exam section every day for the past few weeks and before that, I would do a few passages daily.
