Is the updated TBR worth the money?

I have the older TBR books (I believe ~2010-2012) and I plan on taking the MCAT this coming Spring. I want to use TBR with EK (for which I have 2015) and some PR for sociology. Is it worth the extra hundreds for the updated TBR set? I want to use TBR as my primary content review.
