Jan or April MCAT?

I am currently applying right now. But because my mcat scores are low, I am planning for a retake in case I do not get in this cycle. If I choose the January mcat date and get my score back in February, will the schools I am currently applying to have access to the score since it would be in the AMCAS system? or will schools just ignore the score since it's January mcat?
