Is this an effective way to study psych/soc?

I already read through the whole kaplan book for this, but I feel like I missed the majority. I pushed my exam date back, so I am basically restudying. I'm now solely using khan academy videos for psych/soc, along with the reddit mcat khan academy psych soc notes, which is basically a script to go along with the video.

I am just copying and pasting from this document and using cloze deletion in anki to delete segments of text that I will have to fill in when I review the cards.
