Biochemistry

I took "Baby" Biochem I think 4 years ago during my undergrad. I don't remember much, but I got an A. My school offers a more extensive biochem 590 for three terms. I missed the first quarter and was thinking about taking it the second and third quarter to help me do better on the MCAT. MY weakest area by far is biology. Do You think it would be worth it to take the corse while studying or just study from prep books instead?
